Sue Braithwaite

suecroppedSue is a skilled and insightful coach and facilitator who continues to explore how to powerfully knit together the strands of her cross-sector work experience and life-long interests in spirituality and the environment.

Prior to launching her consulting career Sue worked primarily in the pharmaceutical outsourcing sector in a variety of change management, corporate communication and marketing roles both in the UK and the US.

As a consultant and coach Sue has worked with clients in such diverse sectors as financial services, food & hospitality, legal and professional services, as well as for UK and international charities – all with the similar aim of engaging with groups, teams and individuals to help them deliver more than they thought possible by uncovering and harnessing their own potential.

Formerly a Director of the UK practice, Sue is now an Associate at Beechwood International, a boutique consultancy with special expertise in delivering strategic workshops, and she continues to work with a number of clients particularly to support the delivery of clinical trial and IT implementation programmes.  Sue is a licensed TEAMWIN practitioner and uses elements of this collaboration methodology, designed and developed by Beechwood, in her work.

Since completing her degree in Theology at Oxford University Sue has continued to read widely particularly in Indian philosophy, spirituality and mysticism and she practices yoga regularly.  The more recent discovery of a love of cycling sees Sue out on the country roads of Worcestershire where she lives with husband Oliver with whom she’s currently planning their next eco house-building project.
